SnakeGameGoogle is a small, focused site with one job: give people a fast, free, genuinely fun snake game that opens instantly and works on any device.

The snake game is one of the most recognisable video games ever made. It arrived on millions of Nokia phones in the late 1990s and became, for a whole generation, the first game they ever played. We built this site because so many browser versions are slow, cluttered with pop-ups, or broken on mobile. We wanted the opposite: a clean page, a smooth board, and controls that feel right whether you are on a keyboard or a phone.

What we care about

• Speed. The game is written in plain HTML5 with no heavy frameworks, so it loads fast and runs smoothly even on modest devices.
• Accessibility. Keyboard, swipe, and on-screen controls are all supported, and the board scales to your screen.
• No friction. No account, no download, no paywall. You open a page and you play.

SnakeGameGoogle is an independent project run by a small team of retro-game enthusiasts. We are not affiliated with Google LLC or Nokia; those names refer only to the well-known versions of snake that inspired our modes.
