About this mode
A pure test of reaction
Where the classic game eases you in, the speed snake game starts near the deep end. The board is a normal size, but the snake moves quickly from the first move and keeps accelerating, so there is no comfortable warm-up phase.
Success here is about clean, early decisions. You simply cannot afford late turns at this pace, so commit to your path a full move ahead and keep your inputs crisp. It is the best mode for sharpening raw reaction time.

Use the arrow keys or WASD on desktop. On mobile, swipe in the direction you want the head to travel, or tap the D-pad under the board. Press Space to start or to restart after a game over.
